How do I choose standard neck rather than 4.8cm wide neck?
This adapter’s neck diameter is 3.5cm. Compare the bottle-connection opening on your pump body, shield or connector with that size. The other Hegen option is 4.8cm Wide Neck; nipple/flange measurements are a separate measurement.
How do I check whether this adapter fits my pump?
Match the exact pump model and connector opening before purchase. Hegen specifically excludes Medela Flex and Pigeon Go Mini from this adapter listing.
Do I need an adapter for a Hegen pump module?
These adapters are intended to connect compatible other pump systems to Hegen containers. A Hegen pump module is designed for the Hegen bottle system; check that module’s assembly guide rather than adding an unnecessary adapter.
Can I store milk without transferring it after pumping?
Yes. Detach the adapter and replace it with a Hegen storage lid and seal. For feeding, use a Hegen collar and appropriate teat. Those parts are separate from this adapter pack.
How do I clean the adapter and sealing area?
Disassemble the parts that contact milk, including any removable seal, and wash after use. Clean the connector edges and grooves before sterilising according to the product instructions. Check for wear that could affect the fit.
