Purpose in every detail
Thoughtfully designed, down to the details
Hegen's easy-to-sip straw is shaped for comfort, easy to clean and encourages natural sucking for toddlers with no drawback.
Perfect for children aged 9 months and above or toddlers transitioning from feeding bottles to straw cups!
These silicone upper and lower straws are sold separately as a replacements for our straw cups.
Parents would be able to cut the lower straw to the length required depending on the bottle size your child prefers to use for their straw cup.
We recommend replacing these silicone parts every 3 months or at first signs of wear

Your questions, answered
What is included in the Straw Replacement Set 2-pack?
Two silicone upper straws and two lower straws. Bottle bodies, spout caps and seals are not included.
Can I use the replacement lower straw in different Hegen sizes?
Yes. The lower straw can be cut to the length required for your chosen Hegen body. Use the official trimming guide and check the size before cutting.
Should I cut the upper straw to make it fit?
No. The shaped upper straw fits into the spout. Only the lower straw is designed to be shortened for bottle height.
How do I match replacement straws to my spout?
Match the replacement set’s shape and stated compatibility to the version of your spout. Hegen states that the newer spout and the previous upper-straw version are not compatible.
When should I replace the silicone straws?
Hegen recommends changing these parts every three months or sooner if they show wear. Inspect the ends and the shaped upper section, including any areas your child chews.
How do I clean inside the replacement straws?
Remove both sections and brush their internal channels with a suitable straw brush, using bottle detergent. Rinse through the full length and allow them to dry before assembling the cup.
